The rising sun illuminates and warms the heart whereas the sun down increases the view onto the farms in the valley of Vermont. The house is located at mountainside at 350 meters of altitude in the east of the chain of the Mounts Sutton, on a private road.
The environment of green and abundant nature is an invitation to relaxation, walk and replenishment of the soul; the forest being mainly made up of leafy trees (very few mosquitos in summer) surrounds the house and offers paths to be discovered.
It is a log house built with healthy and noble materials. It is decorated in a country style and heated with a hydronic heating system (in the floor), ensuring a maximum comfort in winter. There is a chimney in the center of the house, with a wood fired bake oven, giving on the large living room. Two rooms are available.
It is located in Mansonville, in the township of Potton. It is accessible via the chemin de la vallée Missisquoi (in Dunkin).
